The rules of preliminary enrolment for foreign candidates at the Private Medical College of Dental Technique (PNSTD) in Wroclaw

I. A candidate for a student of PMSTD shall be given a document confirming reservation on the list of College’s students under the following conditions:

a) submitting by Internet the following documents: application for admission to PMSTD, CV, general certificate of secondary education, identification document (ID), declaration of financial situation enabling education and stay in the territory of Poland during education,
b) making a payment into the banking account KM DENTAL SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, UL. OSTRÓDZKA 1O, 54-116 WROCŁAW, BANK ZACHODNI S.A., II ODDZIAŁ WE WROCŁAWIU. NR 57 1090 2402 0000 0006 1000 8610 the money of PLN 1,000.00 (say: one thousand of Polish zlotys) as a reservation fee which shall not be returned, also in case when it would not come to signing a contract on education, regardless of the cause.

II. The following documents are necessary to sign a contract for the whole 2.5-year education:

valid residence visa issued by Poland for the stay and education at PMTSD,
recognition of general certificate of secondary education by the Polish Authorities,
photocopy of identification document (ID),
application, and original CV,
three photos,
medical certificate on the absence of contraindications against education in dental technician profession,
concluding a contract on education,
declaration on a consent to learn Polish, the skill of which enables to set about the graduation exam for dental technician profession,
giving the place of residence in Poland.

III. The Director of College shall conclude a contract on education at PMSTD in Wroclaw with each student specifying detailed rules of mutual obligations.

Applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Only complete documents will be considered

Contraindications for practising the profession of a dental technician:

skin disease,
chronic respiratory disease,
active tuberculosis,
allergic diseases,
infectious diseases,
physical disabilities that prevent following the occupation,
defects and diseases of the eyesight,
persistent allergic conjunctivitis,
neurological and psychological disorders, e.g. epilepsy,
defects and diseases of hearing.
