Regulamin Biblioteki Prywatnego Medycznego Studium Techniki Dentystycznej 
KM Dental

  1. It is possible to use the library:
    a) on the spot
    b) by borrowing the item outside
  2. Borrowing the item outside takes place only in the presence of a librarian after fulfilling a required procedure.
  3. The right to borrow the Library items have both the students and workers of Private Medical College of Dental Technique KM Dental.
  4. The following items are not lent outside:
    a) magazines
    b) volumes from a reference library
    c) texts of lectures
  5. The readers have the right to borrow books after joining the Library. The account of a student is renewed after each term. Before completing a term the student is obliged to settle up with the Library and obtain the seal confirming not being behind with commitments in the Library.
  6. One of the conditions of obtaining the completion of a term is the seal with the annotation "Returned books".
  7. In justified cases the student can get extension of hired items.
  8. The reader can only borrow the books under their own names.
  9. In case of changing a place of work or school the reader is obliged to settle up with the Library.
  10. The readers who exceed the period of returning the books for over 6 months are admonished by the post on their cost.
  11. The readers who are behind with the return of library items cannot borrow any materials until they settle up their commitments.
  12. The Library makes its collection accessible from September to June every year (during its working hours).
  13. The readers are obliged to take care of the library materials, rooms and library equipment.
  14. When borrowing the reader is obliged to check the technical condition of the books. In case of finding any damage when returning the book the reader is responsible for the damage. Indemnification, depending on the value of the book, is realised through:
    a) buying the copy of the same book
    b) paying stipulated penalty equivalent the market price of the damaged book
    c) making a bound photocopy when the item is indispensable
    The way of indemnification is estimated by the worker of the Library.
