According to the Act about stamp duty from 1st Sep. 2007 there are new rates for issuing duplicates:

• the certificate of completion the College: 26 PLN
• the diploma of a dental technician: 26 PLN
• student's registration book: 26 PLN
• student's card: 9 PLN
