General information

Education period: two and a half years
System of education: stationary
Profession: dental technician
Place of future work: dental technique and orthodontic laboratories.

Criteria for admission:

  1. interview,
  2. positive assessment of psycho-physical predispositions for practising the profession of a dental technician,
  3. manual test - rendering the shapes of a drawn out tooth,
  4. submitting the following documents:
    • a certificate confirming secondary education,
    • submitting a medical certificate confirming lack of contraindications for practising the profession of a dental technician, drawn up by an occupational medicine doctor,
    • the photocopy of an ID or birth certificate,
    • the proof of examination fee (150 zł) to be paid in the secretariat of the College before the examination,
    • an application for admission to the College and CV.

The education in the College is payable and the costs are as follows:

  • registration fee: 1000 PLN
  • realisation of the curriculum of International Institute City & Guilds in London: 2000 PLN
  • single insurance against accidents and thefts for the period of 2,5 years: 250 PLN

The monthly fee depending on the choice of payment form; the choice is up to a student and results from their written declaration:

OPTION I

The monthly fee - 600 PLN, paid in advance until the last day of the month preceding the month which the fee concerns. A student pays 50% of the monthly fee for each month of holidays (July and August) no later than until 20th June of a given academic year.

OPTION II

The monthly fee amounts 550 PLN providing that the fee will be paid in advance for periods longer than one month in the following way:

  1. first payment - 3300 PLN paid on the day of drawing up an agreement as the fee for the months: September, October, November and December 2008 and January, February 2009.
  2. second payment - 2750 PLN paid until the last day of February 2009 as the fee for the months: March, April, May, June, July and August 2009.
  3. third payment - 3300 paid until the last day of August 2009 as the fee for the months: September,, October, November, December 2009 and January, February 2010.
  4. fourth payment - 2750 PLN paid until the last day of February 2010 as the fee for the months: March, April, May, June, July and August 2010.
  5. fifth payment - 3300 PLN paid until the last day of August 2010 as the fee for the months: September, October, November, December 2010 and January, February 2011.


A student pays 50% of the monthly fee for each month of holidays (July and August), which is included in a single payment in the above mentioned dates.

Payments for the realisation of the curriculum of International Institute City & Guilds in London amount:

a) 2000 PLN paid on the day of drawing up an agreement

OR

b) 2500 PLN paid in monthly instalments amounting 125 PLN among with the fee on the same date as the fee for the period of 20 months starting from the first month of education (from September of the first term until the end of April of the fourth term).

The choice of payment for the realisation of the curriculum of International Institute City & Guilds in London is up to the student and results from their written declaration.

The student is obliged to buy materials, indicated by the College, which are necessary for the realisation of the curriculum and extended international curriculum.

The College provides:

  • the newest apparatus
  • materials which are in a class of their own (e.g. materials for burning porcelain)
  • teaching at the highest international level
  • lecturers who are in a class of their own from Poland, Germany and Great Britain.
  • opportunity for apprenticeship in Poland, Germany and Great Britain and opportunity for further education in Great Britain.
